Black obsidian is a grounding stone that cleanses and protects you from mental stress, tension and negative energies.   

CRYSTAL ROLLER:

Your roller can be used to massage face oils or moisturisers into the skin to promote deep hydration, increase blood flow to the skin, tone and detoxify the skin. As a general rule, roll outwards and slightly upwards from the middle to the outer face and neck after cleansing. Use the small roller to comfortably sweep the smaller parts on your face.

GUA SHA:

The art of gua sha originates from traditional Chinese medicine and was used to encourage blood flow, assist with fluid retention and reduce puffiness. The gua sha tool is also fantastic for improving skin elasticity and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles over time.

Both tools can be used on your face or across the entire body for a full rejuvenation.

- I recommend putting your facial roller and gua sha in the fridge before using to boost the cooling and depuffing effect on skin.
